The formation of artificial virtual environments and their implementation in the educational environment human activity is a current trend. Various textbooks, reference books, dictionaries are created with objects interactive applications included content.The expanding capabilities diversity mobile devices support increasingly large-scale interesting learningprojects.Mobile technologies provide new opportunities for curriculum development that differ from those provided by other e-learning technologies. They serve to such learning model, where priorities are: free access technologies, inclusiveness, enhancing students’ activity. In learning, central role given students individual technology preferences, while synonymous unpredictability constant change.Mobile-digital communication have huge number tools software influence various cognitive psychological aspects ' motivation learn foreign language. When using these environments, learner's perceptual skills improve, since interaction purpose most often initiated learner himself, at convenient time place them.
